When can I go out on a charter?

We offer Day time ( 9:00-13:00 )  and Night time charters  (17:00-21:00,18:00-22:00※Departure time varies depending on the season ) . It is  4 hours charter.

I'm worried about seasickness ... Is there anything I can do?

Some people get seasick regardless of the sea conditions.If you feel uneasy, we recommend that you take anti-toxidrome in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can offer a full refund on cancellations, if we get notification from customers 3 days or more prior to departure.

 

Is there a cancellation due to the weather?

The Kona Coast is in a very stable and sunny environment, but on rare occasions it can be stormy. If the captain determines that it is dangerous, he may decide to cancel on the day of the tour.If that’s the case, we will try to rebook during your stay, but if it is not possible , we will give you a full refund.
